1. Can I get samples?
Of course. Samples can be provided for free. Customers are expected to pay the courier cost only. The cost can be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2. How is your quality control?
Professional QC team keeps the strict quality control through every steps of the whole production process.
1) All raw materials are environmental-friendly;
2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;
3) Quality control department responsible for quality inspecting in each process.
3. Can you print or emboss my logo on the goods?
Yes, we can print or emboss your logo on the goods or the packing boxes. But for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided.
We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or design for customers based on their detail information such as picture, logo, and sizes etc
4. What is the lead time?
Within 8 days after receiving T/T payment.
5. What's the MOQ and payment term?
MOQ is 3000pcs.
T/T, L/C is acceptable.
